The Name RauchGeist and the idea of a online shop was born in 2008. The first onlineshop was based on Gambio before changing 2013 to Magento.  With the change of the shopsystem, the entire design was reworked. Also in 2013 the copyright of the brand RauchGeist was registered.

Die Idee zu RauchGeist entstand bereits im Jahre 2008. Der erste Onlineshop wurde noch in Deutschland mit dem Gambio Shopsystem betrieben bevor man 2013 auf Magento umstieg. Mit dem Umstieg wurde auch das Shopdesign überarbeitet. Die Marke RauchGeist ist seit 2013 eingetragen und rechtlich geschützt.
